Default Green tea ice cream - the results

The results are in.

Easily the most simple and quick ice cream method and it yielded a really,
really good result. The ice cream was very rich and smooth and creamy.
It took less than 10 minutes to make, used just my stand mixer and whisk
attachment and was in the freezer in the blink of an eye. I tried mixing
the match with water so it would not clump but that turned it into one giant
clump. So I used the powder straight and there was not a single lump.

The recipe I posted was a tad sweet for me but then I don't really have a
sweet tooth. If I make it again I will used 25% less sweetened milk. You
can make any ice cream recipe this way.

Definitely worth a go.

My daughter is into that matcha stuff. She's drinking it and baking with it.. She makes some green concoction with coconut oil, Hawaiian salt, and matcha. It's some kind of facial scrub but I suppose you could use it for frying in a pinch. Matcha ice cream is good but generally, matcha reminds me of hay.
