I usually have a hard time on the toilet, because my shit is hard as concrete.
So which food should I avoid to produce softer shit ? |

If that doesn't work, try some sulfuric acid for quick action, but use it moderately and don't ingest more than a quart or so at one time. You'll notice a difference. |

A heaping helping of sauerkraut always keeps me regular, and it has zero
calories to boot. Avoid cheese, and foods which contain lots of cheese and bread like pizza. Eat a tossed salad at least every other day, and an apple a day is good for your digestive system. I think cheese is the worst thing for your digestive system with regards to your problem. A heaping helping of sauerkraut always keeps me regular, and it has zero
calories to boot. Avoid cheese, and foods which contain lots of cheese and bread like pizza. Eat a tossed salad at least every other day, and an apple a day is good for your digestive system.
