That's like saying fructose dissolved in water is white orange juice.

This material, WC, should be called "cocomoco" to sate the objections of people that confuse words with reality. To them, a rose wouldn't smell as sweeter by any other name.

My son got back from the mainland and brought me some chocolate that has maltitol and vegetable fiber in place of sugar. Mostly, I appreciate the gesture.

He also got me some cookies that are filled with cookie butter - that blows my mind! He got me a bunch of stuff from Trader Joe's. This is a popular destination of local folks when they're on the mainland. Why is this? Beats the heck out of me!

I have nothing real positive to say about Wal Mart's beef, ground or
otherwise.

But they seem to have, on a sporadic basis, rolled out a nice grass fed
product and some bison.

OK, that's low-sugar food science and I have hard time thinking it'd be
anything but acidic at some point.

It's a cult thang.

The aisles are so tight, the stores so small and so packed that going
through one is an exercise in _never_ turning back for something passed by.

Think Ikea in a very small but product laden maze.

Very poor snippage but since Kuthe now owns a house he's the one
bitching about lack of BROWN stuff in white chocolate. He's just
stirring a pot of non-candy. Surely you both know that?!

I've never been to Ikea but I have been to Trader Joe's. That place is legendary in Hawaii. People have been wanting one for years but wisely, they have yet to open a store here. I was shocked to find out it was just a small food store. Most unimpressive! I better stay away from Ikea, because it'll just be another balloon bust.

It is a rather odd song, I'll give you that. I thought the video was pretty funny though.

I made this a couple of days ago. It's furikake chex mix. My guess is that you don't have this served where you're at.

I'm sad to see X on American Bandstand playing corporate rock. I like their rockapunkabilly sound better. OTOH, it's probably a better business move.

Yep, because so much of the stuff being recorded:

"This shit sounds like garbage!"

And IT DID and DOES! Infinite number of monkeys typing and ONE will type "Shakespeare"? RIGHT!! ;-) Of course that's the same approach that Cheep Effects took! A little writing, quite a bit of musical talent (not from ME of course!) and we just stepped up and RECORDED!

If you listened to that performance from Letterman's show you can hear
the echoplex (?) or its digital cousin is set a wee bit too high -
enough to be a slight distraction.

That said, Shirley Manson has one of the purest voices in rock.

And that signature guitar line will never get old.

Now your band...was it more Bonobos in style or a bit of this:

I love Garbage but don't know enough about X to comment on that. I do know that Billy Zoom can wiggle his ears but I wish I didn't. That was quite an embarrassment for the band.
