I don't have a sous vide machine down there, but I see there is now something called a 'joule' which doesn't take up anything like the space of my sous vide machine. I had to make this in 15 minutes. I'm getting a work out on fast cooking. This is garlic fried rice with smoked meat. The egg has some ghost pepper flakes on it. My son got this from Trader Joe's when he was on the mainland.
