Default Mo Slo Cooker

Â* The wife browned some of that venison I've been processing with some
coarse-chopped onions in her little skillet . Then she put it in a slow
cooker with some beans , a quart of home grown/canned tomatoes and some
spices . Our first batch of deerchilly is smelling absolutely great .
She commented while browning the meat and onions how this deer meat
doesn't have a gamy aroma like the mule deer I useta shoot out west .
This is gonna be awesome .

Ahhem, you for got to invite me for dinner?

Meantime, kicking off the fireplace. I'm out of the actual snow area
for 'Benji' but that doesn't mean it isnt damp and cold. We get some
sleet at most here.
