Kootchie bought his caseroles here, why didn't he 'think' to check for
USA made pizza cutters here?

I used to work for a pizzeria back in 1988 and we used the pizza knife
primarily, though when I first saw the knives I thought: "Not a bad idea
to defend the restaurants assets, hack the perp up and any survivors
will think twice before attempting to rob the restaurant." Never did
need to such a thing as the whole time I was there (3 years 11 mos and 5
days), never were we robbed.

Well - the Korean movie "Into the Mirror" shows a pretty <cough> creative
use of those wheel cutters - not for the faint of heart, but certainly
suitable for defending your place. Or your pizza.
