But is it Velveeta?

And how do they know it is the virgin Mary and not Gladys Fleksnebble of
Wheeling, West Viginia?

Please tell me it's a joke that someone has bid $69,000 for this!

Indeed!

And I found it fascinating that she has been so 'lucky' since this
apparition appeared - including winning over $70,000 at the Casino. She is
truly blessed.

In 1208 she told us to pray the Rosary.

What's the message now?

I will not succumb to temptation.

Looked kinda like Marilyn Monroe to me.
*shrugs*

It's nice to know the virgin mother wants us to win at the casino- at least
someone's rooting for me!

But why open the bid at 3k if it's already brought you 70k from gambling?

It looks more like a young Shirley Temple to me.

What gets me about this sandwich is that after ten years neither the bread nor
the cheese appears to have become moldy. Truly miraculous.

For what she'll make from her sandwich, I think I'll go out this weekend and
buy about ten loaves of bread and five or 6 blocks of velveeta and see whose
face I can get on a grilled cheese sandwich. If the Virgin Mary is worth 17K
(and counting), I figure one that looks like Bob Hope or John Madden or Tom
Brokaw should be worth at least a couple thousand.

(laughing) That's funny. Some guy near me declared that Mother Mary
spoke to him every fourth Saturday or some such nonsense. No one
ever saw her, just him. She'd tell him profound things like, don't
sin, like that and he'd communicate this to the crowd. When I say
crowd, I mean they were bussed in from who knows where, crowd the
whole neighborhood and use the bushes for toilets. Needless to say
his neighbors objected. Not long after he was forced to rent
porto potties, he stopped seeing the Virgin Mary and getting
messages. No more crowds, buh bye, let the door hit you on the
ass.

You'd be surprised the countless fanatical imbeciles that think that
there is a divine connection to a friggin sandwich, and casino winnings.

Man o' man, will we make it to the 22nd century?????
