MSN has some click bait features but some have moderate interest. This
one is 30 foods to avoid after 30. I agree with most and never ate them at any age. Not giving up ice cream or bacon though, but have cut back in recent years. https://tinyurl.com/yde3addy https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/nut...id=mailsignout |

I do eat microwaved things, I drink diet soda, but not through a straw. Oh, and I DON'T even have a couch, I sit at my desk in a desk chair working, when I'm not sleeping. |

I suspect that half the reason they linger is that parents are too cowardly to stand up to their kids when they scream for them in restaurants. (Or when the kids want the parents to buy them in stores.) Lenona. |

Most parents I know with small children buy the heavy reusable plastic straws for a couple of bucks and use them for a long time. Your experience might be different though. Cheri |

My guess is that it's highly effective. |

What about "superfoods"? A fairly recent buzzword. https://www.eatthis.com/fattening-superfoods/ Nutritious in small quantities. To be eaten in moderation, not as a total diet.
