I don't really know... it's been rather chilly here, in the 50ºs and
very rainy. That tree is a good trek away through a very muddy field
so I've not actually been out there yet. We had planned to mow
yesterday but there was a deluge of rain, not possible.. With these
low temps and no sun it may be a couple of weeks
before we can mow.
But we do have many beekeepers nearby that we know and as of yet none
have complained about lack of bee activity. One of my close-by
neighbors has converted his 80 acres of hay fields into raising black
angus... he owns a few restaurants in Manhattan so will be supplying
his own beef.

He hired the best fence builder here to erect an electrified fence
around all the fields. That property is about 1/4 mile down the road
rom me. Looking much nicer than rough hay fields. I noticed a few
raised beds that have been recently constructed, I suspect he will be
growing his own herbs.
I knew the last owner of that property fairly well, he's a lawyer and
unfortunately his wife died. Wasn't six months he married his
secretary who's half his age. This little town is a regular Peyton
Place.

There are thousands of Bradford Pear trees around here and look
like yours with the exception of the trunk is a much darker wood.

The Bradford pear doesn't have the tall spire shape of Redspire.
Bradford is is more rounded and not nearly as tall. Bradford is a
weak wooded tree that often loses major branches from wind and snow.
And Bradford is susceptible to several diseases, is not a very long
lived tree. Stingy builders planted Bradford pear as street trees,
they cost little and grow fast.

Yes, they do have weak wood and the diligent owners around me have them
severely pruned every few years. They're pretty ugly for about a year
after their close hair cut but it does take the weight off the branches,
trunk, and roots. I've seen a few that are rather tall and often wonder
why they haven't toppled over.

People continue to plant Bradford pears despite their notoriously
weak crotches (I didn't make up that term). There are other varieties
much more suitable but every bad storm you see Bradford pear rows
half broken off.
