salami and cheddar sandwich, with tomato, on como bread

because when I was making my kid's lunch at 6:15 this morning I
accidentally put mayo on it and didn't realize until it was all made

Posts are only snobby when one poster disparages another's food choices, as
if their choices (usually name dropping choices) are the only choices that
count.

Quaker oatmeal with Sunmaid raisins, Land 'o Lakes butter, and
my grocery store's generic brown sugar.

seems if a kid wants certain condiments there's no reason not to give
them what they want if it's right there in the fridge

this kid also prefers pepperoni pizza but there's no way I was making
a special trip to the store when we decided to make pizza and all I
had was salami - and there was zero whining

they hear "I'm not your servant" and "get it yourself" and "that's not
going to [clean itself | put itself away | throw itself out | etc]"
plenty enough to know they're not spoiled

Another "not bad breakfast" is a western omelet, with grits, enhanced with
butter, salt and pepper.

==

Completely unknown to me I have never had grits, nor do I know what you
mean about a 'Western omelette'.

If you enjoy it, that is all that matters
