Default Supper tonight

Lamb sausages. They were store bought and I wasn't expecting much. I had
planned to grill them on the gas BBQ, but the weather was nasty. My wife
simmered them for a bit and then grilled then in the cast iron grin pan.
We caramelized some onions and served the sausages in good quality hot
dog buns with the caramelized onions. They were delicious.

We also had Greek salad and a nice raita.

I'm hoping to make some spicy garlic eggplant with tofu. First I have to go to a meeting at Denny's. The very thought of Denny's food makes my stomach churn. I'm getting too old for this shit.

At lunchtime I marinated a couple of thick slices of pork loin with
soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, white pepper,
and chile oil. Grilled 'em to perfection. Served with rice and nuked
previously frozen green beans. I reserved some of the marinade, which
he used as a dipping sauce. I dabbed a little Chili Crisp on mine:
