It's a good thing the 4th ingredient has a substitute. I've never even
heard of a "barberry". No matter, I can't get ingredients 5 and 6, w/o
going online.

I'm sure I could stroll across the street to the Middle Eastern
market and get all of that stuff, because Southeast Michigan.

Why?

I don't care for rice. I usta have a Persian rice-cooker that would
make a perfect "tahdig" and despite the fact I can find all kindsa
basmati rice, hereabouts, I still don't care for it.
