I'm doing chicken on the grill with fresh green beans, fresh zucchini on the grill, and a cauliflower mash. This is the recipe for the chicken, the methodology really works and you can change up the spice/herb ingredients in the marinade. http://hizzoners.com/index.php/recip...n-on-the-grill |

For dessert we had a small slice of olive oil cake. Cheri |

For us it was tossed salad with creamy balsamic dressing, grilled New York strip, and salt-boiled potatoes. A nice, quick, weeknight dinner. Cindy Hamilton |

I haven't had a chance to do any grilling in the past month. It's been raining nearly every afternoon for what seems like weeks. In fact, it's raining again right now. It's typical weather for this semi-tropical area in the Summer but it makes grilling difficult. Jill |

Maybe it is time to make some retro food. |

I was never a fan of bell peppers so stuffed peppers wouldn't appeal to me. <shrug> Jill |
