I used to make gently fried sliced fresh mushrooms as a child/teen as a snack, so I "invented"Â*myself a "new dish"!
I start with one medium red onion diced finely, a couple cloves of fresh garlic minced or pressed, fry them together until they start to brown a little, then I add a LOT of fresh sliced mushrooms, then SPINACH in a wide OPEN pan/skillet to allow for moisture evaporation! Oh and grind some freshly ground black pepper at every stage as you add ingredients! YUM!! I add some to my nuked veggies (broccoli, green beans and/or asparagus) for my dinners! YUM!!! I'm a CHEF of sorts! :-) John Kuthe... |

That's what ticked me off, too... besides the lack of originality. > You basicaly replicated the post of Thomas and what he makes for his > roomates. You can see my comments there. Nope; John's post is the earlier one. Bye, Sanne. |
