My male Indian housemate makes a delicious goat biryani!

As long as he's a Hindu or, if Muslim, doesn't keep halal. I've seen
meat delivered to halal markets in the back of a car. Not even on ice.

Depending on where it came from, it may not be a big deal. Was it
frozen starting out? I've seen it done before many years ago.

I'm 100% atheist and I welcome all yummy foods! Every culture had its own foods of preference and are generally proud to share their foods. As am I. I make a vegetarian dish everyone loves and I make it in huge batches! And I love making it for everyone and am planning to make it Fri evening when former housemates and always friends of the house Kirtee Rana and Zoe are coming by for a visit.
