Default Lunch of the week

Today I was not real hungry but wanted a little something. So, I had a
very satisfying lunch today. Hagen Daz Vanilla bean ice cream and
pretzel nuggets.

I had a breaded chicken sandwich and fries ... that's a whole chicken
breast flattened breaded and fried and stuck on a large bun with L&T and
mayo . Wife had chicken salad on wheat toast with sweet potato fries .
Caught the beginning of the lunch rush at our favorite restaurant and
they done good - real good .

Italian toasted hoagie (mortadella, Genoa salami, pepperoni, DAK
ham, home made hot giardiniera, olive oil) with sweet onion potato
chips.

In PA you can get pretzel cones for ice cream. I have seen them online but
they weren't cheap and I think you have to buy quite a lot. Always wanted to
try one but not sure I would like it.

We went out too. Super late. Had a chopped sirloin sandwich with Swiss
cheese and au jus. Also French fries. Waaay too much food for me but it was
good.

Haagen-Dazs All Natural Ice Cream, Vanilla Bean

"cream, skim milk, cane sugar, egg yolks, ground vanilla beans,
vanilla extract"

Excellent, especially for ice cream.

Nicely done. My lunch yesterday was...
- small microwaved potato chopped up (skin and all)
- 3 eggs scrambled and very moist
- one piece of buttered honey wheat toast

I sure wanted more but I resisted. I do need to lose some weight.

Taking your food history into account odds are very strong that you
will not like. To be honest I don't enjoy ice cream with pretzels
either... I don't care for any kind of cones, I much prefer ice cream
from a bowl, with no accouterments.
