The crust isn't very good, and to my mind a pizza is all about the crust (just the way sushi is all about the rice). And the sauce is too sweet. We went through a lot of small, regional chains until we found one that had good crust and not too much sugar in the sauce. We stuck with that for more than a decade, until we stopped having pizza delivered. Now it's an occasional treat, either made by me or consumed in a restaurant. Cindy Hamilton |
