Kentucky FRIED Chicken (they shortened their corporate moniker to "KFC" back when any FRIED FOOD was verboten! ****ing LIARS!! I OUT THEM every chance I get!

Kentucky FRIED Chicken!! There! :-) And yes they cut up their raw chickens a little differently than the standard U.S chicken butcher's standards.

KFC does 9 pieces rather than the normal 8 pieces.
The extra piece is the cartilage-centered tip of the breast.
I know...That was my job cutting all for 2 months at KFC.
