I'll think of something. I know I can get the flour loaded at the store. Maybe a hand truck. Slide the bag onto a hand truck and wheel it into the house. My husband is thrilled with the results of the exercises etc. for what turns out to be a back issue. I'm going a bit slower. A particular muscle is swollen at the head where it is supposed to slide through a bone. It's going to take an anti-inflamatory, icing and mild specific exercise over time. Janet US |
