Default A bit better than Cool Whip

https://www.foodbusinessnews.net/art...ipped-toppings

I do on occasion buy the canned whipped cream. Not as good as the real
thing, but not too many chemicals. I've been seeing Hershey and Reese's
though. The idea of a flavor does not appeal to me but it seems to be
selling

Ingredients: HEAVY CREAM, WATER, CORN SYRUP, SKIM MILK, SUGAR, COCOA
PROCESSED WITH ALKALI, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF MONO AND DIGLYCERIDES,
NATURAL FLAVOR, CARRAGEENAN, PROPELLANT NITROUS OXIDE

I'd rather have Cabot
https://www.cabotcheese.coop/whipped...cream&slide=87

Ingredients: Cream, water, nonfat milk, sugar, stabilizer (mono and
diglyceride carrageenan), natural vanilla flavor and nitrous oxide as
whipping propellant.

There was a shop at the mall serving halo-halo so I thought I'd better try it. It's a concoction of sweetened beans, fruit, and gels, with shaved ice, and a scoop of ube ice cream on top. The shaved ice was topped with condensed milk. It's dangerous for someone like me to eat something like this and predictably, it did not end well. OTOH, sometimes you have to say "**** it" and just go for it. This was pretty much something that had to be done so I have no regrets.

It certainly looks interesting. Some of the ingredients sound a bit odd
together but I'd try it.

I'm sorry, but I certainly wouldn't find anything interesting about it.
Then again, I don't eat junk food from mall food courts. Not even as a
teen.

That sounds good. i dislike the so called mild shakes that fast food
places sell, but once a year or so, I get to a place that makes a really
good one.

You've done it now!! Now I have a hankering for Horlicks!! haven't had
it in many a year. Ideal in hot milk as a winter drink. The powder is
nice too, right out of the jar.

Went looking for some today without success. However, there were large
cartons of Ovaltine but FFS, it was "Product of Thailand".
