2 ortega 10 inch tortillas.
Boneless ch thighs. 2 or 3?
Real blu cheese, maybe 10 half inch chunks
Franks red hot drizzed heavily, topped with coleslaw.
Top with tort number 2, egg wash edge and over the top so some seasonings will stick. I used oreg and basil.
Slaw is the reason.
