Default Durian pizza

I love durian. I like pizza. However, the idea of combining the two
seemed like not such a great idea to me. A pizza franchise had other
ideas, and decided to do just that. So anyway, we tried it last
night... tastes pretty much as I expected, other than they must have
added sugar - too sweet for me.

Anyway, my curiosity has been satisfied and won't be eating this
again...

I think the idea of unsweetened durian with pepperoni and/or spicy
sausage would work OK. You could call it a Smelly Hawaiian (waving
to dsi1).

It could work, or possibly with ham or bacon. Meh, good durian on it's
own is heaven, so why compromise it.

lol

I think the trick with durian is to eat it somewhere and then leave
that place. It tastes fine to me, but when you're done, I want to be
able to walk away from the smell, because it will hang around for
days.

Awww, it's not that bad It doesn't really bother me at all, not
sure what the fuss is all about. I've smuggled it into hotels
occasionally. I does make the fridge stink a bit though.

It's been out of season here for a couple of months now, so sadly
must wait quite a while before it's available again. We did get some
in Cambodia a couple of weeks ago though.

I didn't mind the smell until the room where we had the durian still
smelled of it 3 days later. Next time, I'll have it outside.
