Default Spaghetti tonight

Â* The sauce has been simmering since about 2:30 . It's beginning to
smell a lot like spaghetti in here . I'm trying to decide whether to
make some french/italian bread . The loaves and cinnamon rolls I baked
yesterday came out so well I'm on the verge of a baking frenzy . It
could get ugly ... but it'll smell good !

I am itching to cook but the fridge is full of leftovers. Lentils and
kielbasa. Hamburger patties, sweet potatoes, Jo Jos rice. Maybe green beans
and salad. Not sure. The gardener was just in there fixing some food so not
sure what all he took.

I might make a pot of beans. We do both eat a lot of those! I was seriously
craving baked beans last night. But the way I make them takes almost 24
hours and I don't think he likes them. Only other person I know of who likes
the way I make them is my nephew.

Â*Baking frenzy averted , I decided to use my old french bread recipe ,
just divided it into 3 smaller loaves of about a half pound each . I've
really gotten into using this scale (Ohaus 2610 GM , free from a friend)
for dividing stuff into equal portions .

really good for that, isn't it. I want them all to bake the same and
look the same, weighing works the best for that.
I've been wanting to bake but something always comes up that disallows
a commitment of a day.
