oh yeah btw people in Seattle loved my asian-inspired deviled eggs

I marinated the hard boiled eggs in approx 1:1 soy sauce:rice vinegar
with a bunch of grated ginger

the yolks were combined with mayo, rice vinegar, grated ginger, a
little sesame seed oil, and chopped green onion

next time I'll add sesame seeds and maybe garlic
