I have, many times before. I use an assortment of cheeses, a chunky sauce
with lots of veggies, spinach or parsley in the cheese and a layer of
sautéed zucchini in the middle.

I've seen them. Not bad looking. To *me* underspiced but then I
probably use more spices than most.
