Default Corn Fritters

I made some corn fritters similar to the ATK video

<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOzUZV7U2nk>

I watched although I changed the ingredients a bit to add a better and
not so bland flavor.
I am not posting it yet because I have not tried or perfected the air
fryer method yet and I will surely post it then if anyone even gives a
damn.

Those things deserve a trip to the dental hygienist for a teeth cleaning after
consuming. Cheetos, too.

But Ken Dresser can come cook in my kitchen and make the biggest mess he wants
to.

That sounds good - except for the milk. I had a bag of chips with shredded lettuce, tomato, chili, and cheese. It was tasty and stupidly simple.

Corn fritters are not chips, not even close.

It would be more closely compared to a corn doughnut.

I'll give a damn if you post a picture of *your* corn fritters. I don't
follow on YouTube videos or recipe sites or pictures from a commercial
site of food that you say you just made, but I always follow on real "I
made this" links. Go for it!

Yeah I am guessing you would say the same thing about french fries,
even though I can now make french fries that are better than deep
fried fries.

The fries are not in any way soggy, I have been told that they are
crispier than the deep fried fries.

I got my recipe from the dorm dining room chef umpty years ago. It
just wouldn't work being baked 'air fried.' The batter is too wet for
that.

yeah it sounds as though you were making fried pancakes.
Look at the pictures I shared, corn fritters that are totally
airfried. The batter for corn fritters does not at all need to be
runny. My recipe is moist but not at all runny. They air fried very
crisp .

It is a bit hard to describe. Imagine maybe a corn bread type flavor
but crispy not bread like. My particular recipe has chives added so
there is a bit of onion flavor. I also add sriracha to it so it has a
bit of spice.
Thanks for the comments though!!

incorrect. I am making fritters that become balls when dropped into
hot fat. I don't know flat pancake fritters.
My point was that the hot fat forms a skin around the fritter
producing a shape much like a dumpling dropped into hot broth.

Gosh, I guess flat pancake fritters don't exist, then. Despite the
fact that googling for "flat fritter" returns about a million hits.

And if you do the same thing in shallow fat, the fritter is flat.

Well the original question was would you give a damn as in would you
be interested in the recipe that I used? That is if you have an air
