Made it for dinner last night. I forgot how good grilled pizza can be.
I bought the dough from the supermarket. I put in in a SS bowl to rise for a couple of hours. On the grill I find it easier to make two smaller rather than one large so I split the dough in half and rolled it out. Meantime, the grill was heating to a bit over 600 degrees. We built the pizzas with just sauce, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni. Put them on the grill with the peel and just let them go. The bottom of the crust is well done and crispy. The cheese and sauce was bubbling away when I took them off. Damn, it was good. Just had leftovers for lunch. |

Mostly, it's the styled front opening of a car where air enters into the radiator. In hip-hop culture, it's a decorative dental appliance typically made of gold and precious stones. As far as cooking goes, it refers to cooking on a metal grid that allows heat to pass through. It can also refer to the appliance/hardware that the food is grilled on. "Grill" can also mean cooking of a flat piece of sheet metal, typically in a restaurant setting. "Grill" is used by McDonald's restaurants to signify a custom order. I've been ordering a double cheeseburger with slices of tomato. That's called a "McDouble Grill." |

The heat source is from the bottom but this was done with the lid closed so you do get some surrounding heat too. This is when it just started cooking. It looked much better when done. I brought them in and did not think to take another shot of them. My daughter happened to text me and asked what I was doing so this was to show her. https://i.postimg.cc/25wP8WvC/Pizza-grill.jpg |

I've now got all the ingredients to make another mushroom and onion pizza. The last one turned out so good. This time, I'll add all of the sauce (didn't last time). It takes a bit of effort to make one but the results are well worth it. Yields several meals and snacks. |

Yes it is, the idea is to cook a pizza in 4 or 5 minutes. The pizza in the picture was a pre-made frozen pizza that took about 3 minutes to cook up. It was first microwaved.
