Default my new ceramic saute pan

this was on sale at Fred Meyer so I bought it

<https://www.houzz.com/products/bialetti-ceramic-pro-gray-ceramic-10-inch-saute-pan-prvw-vr~133611729>

I've used it for eggs, fried potatoes, pot stickers, and fried leftover
polenta

everything comes out great and cleanup is a snap

it heats up quickly and cools down quickly

it's very light but balanced so an empty pan doesn't tend to tip over

it's going to get a lot of use

I have already bored people by telling them about it repeatedly

I've got a Bialetti granite wear but the handle is exactly like yours.

There's a lot of non-stick pans out there that I'd like to try. I love those things but they won't work on my induction range. My next range will probably be something conventional. Well, unless induction ranges get a lot cheaper. Then I'd feel compelled to stick with induction.
