To manufacture a bicycle of course requires industry and the burning of fossil fuels. It would be a good solution for you instead of driving an electric car. You could hitch a trailer on the back to enable you to carry supplies. |

Â* The only fossil fuels used were - maybe - for the generation of electricity for the slow cooker . If so , only a small percentage , because there are at least 2 very large hydroelectric plants within 50 miles . The pork shoulder was cooked over natural lump charcoal ... -- Snag Yes , I'm old and crochety - and armed . Get outta my woods ! |

Dang, those fossil fuels are at it again. How many of these week-end warriors stopped at any of the myriad eating places to grab a bite to eat? Eating places that use gas and electricity to power their cooling and cooking equipment; all fossil fuels. |

She is evil and does not realize the destruction caused by people burning fuels and eating animals. It is sad that the world can't be as pristine and perfect as druce and kuth. But there's hope; kuth has an uzi, so he may be able to effect a change in all this carbon burning. |

Meaning that mankind will save itself, whether by eliminating pollution, including fossil fuels, plastics etc. Now, I'm not so sure. Money makes the world go round, and the money is going to take us for all we're worth. We had a good documentary recently on TVO entitled 'Land Grabbing'. Man. The corporations will suck out the life of everything they can get there hands on. Putting people from poverty into worse poverty. |

I do agree that it is strange that some people killfile you. I prefer to shit straight in your face with you aware of it. I also enjoy urinating in your ears and waiting for the whining. Speaking of whiney bitches, you can start that right now. |

I think the problem is that people see this as a left wing or liberal priority, so right wingers don't want anything to do with it and go into denial. But it should be a universal concern. |

Think, for just a moment, about what "they" want you to do about climate change. Stop burning oil and gas, and stop having so many children. That will happen eventually. Why not now? Cindy Hamilton |

Why not now? > >Cindy Hamilton I complained about the burgeoning populaton years ago, un fortunately people aren't going to stop unprotected fornication. No one needs more than one child and most aren't fit to raise one. With far fewer children far less fuel will be needed. On average I drive ten miles a week and I haven't traveled by plane in 30 years and then only two short round trips. I beleive we need to stop all the fuel wasting attempts at space travel... WTF are we going to the moon, is there a shortage of green cheese? Today I pruned two large maple trees, no power saw, all with handsaws, a pole saw and a bow saw. I mow the grass, but mostly to curtail brush fire damage.... if CA residents would stop building homes within handshaking distance from conifer forests they wouldn't suffer so much death and destruction... but Californians are the most ignorant mutants on this planet... no third world country people deficate on the streets where they live, even my cats know to use litter pans. With all the universities in CA none teach Common Sense. There's not a feral animal on this planet that doesn't know not to shit where they live, except a Californian, most especially a CA politician. Californians Schtinck, literally! I lived in CA for five years, I left because Febreze had not yet been invented. |

There have even been cases of people sleep driving, sleep shopping, even sleep painting their house. Here is one link I just googled: https://www.healthline.com/health/si...aking-ambien#1 |

The Australian PM just promised to contribute 150 million to American Mars stuff. In the meantime, his country's drying out and his farmers and animals are starving. Not to say it could have been used better, but isn't that less than the budget of a major motion picture? Sounds like a drop in the bucket to me. Cindy Hamilton |

Then it won't be missed by the Americans. Locally however: "- 7.5 million small square bales of hay - roughly 880,000 large round bales - 7.5 million bags of basic stock pellets - roughly 30 BILLION litres of water from our local council water collection station Worst drought in recorded history, a number of regional towns will run out of water within weeks, record bushfire season, record dust storm activity etc... This country is desperate. But yeah, sure, the Moon is fun too, I guess." |
