Pork floss is simply pork flavor cotton candy. What's wrong with that?

Ummm not sure

I made some tonkatsu (pork cutlet) yesterday. This was served with Japanese
tonkatsu sauce. Tonkatsu sauce is great stuff. It is my belief that your
hubby would like the sauce. Tonkatsu is good eats but it wouldn't mean a
thing without tonkatsu sauce. Please try to pick up a bottle.

I have been looking for it, but I don't think I've seen it. I will
keep looking though.

What do you think of this?

They were his ferrets, so to speak.

It looks like it could be a pretty good one. One of the most popular item to get in restaurants on this rock is chicken katsu. I suppose you could compare it to fish and chips on your little island. Anyway, most of these restaurants will mix up their own katsu sauce so there's a lot of leeway on what's the perfect sauce. Katsu sauce goes great with chicken and pork katsu and it makes a great steak sauce.

Here's a tip: control the appearance/color by using a mix of light and dark soy sauce. The sauce I used was the Aloha Katsu Sauce. I bought it because it was kinda cheap but I was surprised at the taste. It was pretty spicy which is very unusual. I was hooked at the first taste. It made me very happy.

I'm betting "Lars and the Real Girl".
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lars_and_the_Real_Girl> with Hollywood
heartthrob Ryan Gosling. It's right up there with " The Cook, the
Thief, his Wife and her Lover".

Good old Wikipedia.

Heartthrob? I suppose... He doesn't do much for me. Too emo. I prefer
Ryan Reynolds.

Yeah, that's the one. Interesting story that I didn't know
because I only saw a small part of the movie. Sounds like a
cult-status movie. Look at all the awards it won. Go figure.

If it ever comes on again, I'll watch it all start to finish.

Meanwhile in movie mode he

Last night I watched "For Richer or Poorer" starring Tim Allen
and Kirsty Alley. Always enjoyed that one and hadn't seen it
in many years. Just a fun, family, comedy type.

Then last week they aired "Dances with Wolves." I've always
loved that one. Too bad they never made a sequel of equal
quality.
