Used to be a restaurant that encrusted them in salt to bake them. Made no
difference in the taste to me though.

Yes, it makes them very nice with a bit of saltiness in the skin.

Thanks I will give it a try. Oh! Just one thing, is that starting them
off in the microwave and then the oven, or just the oven?
