After some discussion of it here, I had the perfect opportunity to try
it tonight. Yummy! I boiled some angel hair pasta while cooking sea scallops. I used more butter than usual and let it brown with garlic in it. Then I added the pasta, then plated it. Garden salad and a glass or sauvignon blanc and it was a rather nice meal. |
