Default Weird but good! Gary, don't read!

Tonight I made my typical hamburger gravy over mashed potatoes. He who lives
here asked me to put pineapple and cottage cheese in his. I did double
check. He did say that.

I took two portions out for myself before finishing his. But I did add a
pineapple ring on my plate. It actually was very good with both the gravy
and the potatoes. I'm sure the cottage cheese was a fine addition but were I
to make that for myself, I would have used the immersion blender on it to
get the lumps out. I do sometimes use milk or cream in my gravy so cottage
cheese would be about the same.

Oh! I also added the rest of the mushrooms. They were a great addition!

You should try serving a loco moco. It's a hamburger patty on a bed of white rice with brown gravy ladled over it all. On top of this mess, you add a couple of eggs, preferably ones with runny yolks. I always order a couple of eggs over easy. To do this proper, everything should be steaming hot. It's food that any hard working guy would love. I suppose also lazy ones would like it too.
