Default RFC Cookbook

Has anyone downloaded it? I've seen no comments so far. You can donate
anonymously to avoid any snarky comments from others. There was a lot
of interest a few months back so the effort was made to make it
available to everyone.

Some good recipes, and a good cause if you'd like to help. No minimum
for donations.

The link does not work. JIt goes to a login for google drive. Even loging
in to a gmail account, it still repeatedly says:

Google Drive

You need permission

Your request for access has been sent.

You will receive an email if and when your request is approved.
