Or both. The term 'bringing them democracy' is also used. Having said that, I have to ask on whether or not the US military should be in foreign lands. There might be a very good reason for that. The US may not want the presence of China or Russia in those countries. I agree with that(if that is the case); I'd rather the US be the top superpower than other countries. |
