It's just cabbage. This fish goes good with rice but I'm trying to cut out rice for most meals. Black cod works best for this dish but that fish is expensive on this rock. Salmon is cheaper. If I was in your neck of the woods, I'd probably be making misoyaki butterfish frequently.
