Default Saturday late lunch with leftovers

In the oven now and half cooked...starting to smell good here.

Fresh (uncooked) ham slices. I added a mix of chopped pineapple
and some brown sugar underneath and a bit on top. All in a
covered casserole dish until done. Good flavor combination

Plate will include some more sweet potato and maybe a regular
potato (microwaved until done then cross cut to make chunky
mashed potatoes) and some green vegetable. Either peas or
green beans.

This will be a good one.

We had burgers for lunch. Dinner will be Turkey Divan. Pretty
much like this, but without the cream of mushroom soup, and we
gently nuke fresh broccoli and serve the casserole over it:

I just put the carcass in the stock pot to cook for hours.
Having warmed up Tksgvg leftovers for late lunch. I love the leftovers almost more than the original dinner.
