I haven't seen capons for sale for many years. We used to have them sometimes as a Sunday roast. Delicious. They are not even for sale at our 2 farmer's markets.

We were at a Zehr's store and went to the meat counter to ask, since there was none on the bunkers. My wife asked if they had a capon. The kid asked "what's a capon?". |
