I don't consider you stupid so I'll assume that your stash is in a completely legal country, either Thailand or Australia. The USA is slowly coming around state by state but I'll tell you this...If Virginia police discovered that in my closet, I'd get life in prison without parole. Heck, they wouldn't just lock my jail cell door, they would weld it shut. That pic belongs in "High Times" magazine, if it's still being published. Definitely a "This Bud's for you" pic. ;-D |

Police no longer care about cannabis much here anymore. We just have to sit through a few more years until it inevitably becomes legalised... >The USA is slowly coming around state by state but I'll tell >you this...If Virginia police discovered that in my closet, >I'd get life in prison without parole. In Thailand, even possession of an ounce gets you in trouble. |

You can buy it online and at legally licensed stores. You can only have it in a car if it is an unopened package from a licensed store. You can smoke it any place where you can smoke tobacco, so that rules out bars, restaurants, parks, hospitals, school yards.... > > Really? I just checked and it does have a web site and you can subscribe. I guess the question is where to buy magazines these days. Magazine kiosks have disappeared from most of the local malls and convenience stores have only a dozen or so different magazines rather than the dozens they used to offer. A couple weeks ago I went to the smoke shop across an office where I used to work. they used to have magazine racks along one long wall, the wall, a half wall and then several display racks down the middle. They had hundreds of periodicals for sale. They there is just the one wall, and only a few titles to choose from. >> >> Definitely a "This Bud's for you" pic. ;-D |

Oh, and even if you do have the card does not mean you get to share >your weed with your buddies. >While some have decriminalized it if you have Yes. We do have legal 'medical marijuana' here in Australia, but for most people it's still a difficult and relatively expensive process to go through. As for recreational marijuana, it's still technically illegal but for most parts of Aus, the police give it a low priority because they care a LOT more about crystal meth. In recent times I've known a few people who've been caught locally growing weed (growing it rather blatantly), in each case the cops confiscated the weed and issued a 'police caution', which means no fine or other punishment... but you do lose your weed ![]() |

You can buy it online and at legally licensed stores. Four is still a good number, although in your climate not as much weed as say, could be grown in California. Thailand plans to legalised 6 plants for personal use, Australia has no such plans at this time, which suits me just fine anyway. >You can only have it in a car if it is an unopened package from a >licensed store. That's kind of weird, I mean I understand the reasoning behind it, but yeah... kinda dumb, really. > You can smoke it any place where you can smoke tobacco, >so that rules out bars, restaurants, parks, hospitals, school yards.... Fair enough. |

I still get Reader's Digest and Nat Geo but yeas ago I got a bunch of them. |

It has been done poorly because there are so few places licensed to sell it. The closest one to me is at the far end of a nearby city. It would take me more than a half hour to get there. Then there is the price the government set, and, of course, taxes. If I were so inclined, I would be able to get some from "some guy" locally for less than the cost at the legal store and I would save more than an hour of travel time. The province passed a law to allow municipalities to allow or ban pot stores. My town opted out. Ironically, there are 7 major pot grow ops in town. |
