Default Ham is done . . . . . .

And will let it rest in the oven for about 30-45 minutes. Most of it will
be going with me to one of my relatives' house yet to be determined.

While it was in its' apple juice, brown sugar, and a touch of ground cloves
sauna I went for a bike ride in this sunny, 64° weather. No wrecks (near
miss) and I was able to get 7 miles knocked out.

I'm planning on a repeat ride tomorrow while we have this unseasonable
and much appreciated warm weather.

No, I can't remember the last time I baked a ham with pineapple slices. The
apple juice and brown sugar suffice.

I always cook a large ham with a mix of crushed pineapple and
brown sugar. Mixed with the ham flavor, it's good eats.
