Default Christmas Day Supper

My wife and I volunteered at her church's community Christmas dinner. We
were bussing tables. We fed about 100 people there and deliver 40-50
more dinners. We got to sit down and have a bite to eat at about 3:30.
Then we helped with the clean up and headed home. We weren't very
hungry but some smoked salmon out of the freezer to thaw and used it to
make smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches. Way better than turkey.

BTW... I asked about the source of the rolled turkey. It is not a major
brand. It was done by a local producer.
