Default Roasted Butternet Squash

I got some cut up squash marked down for cheap. Mixed it with olive oil,
salt, pepper, thyme and parsley. 12 min. at 400 degrees. Much quicker and
easier than the oven and now the house smells amazing!

Oh... I left that part out. Yes. Yes I did! I am seeing less need for the
oven now, especially since I no longer need large amounts.

Default Roasted Butternet Squash

My range oven doesn't work so I use the toaster oven for heating taco shells, making toast pizza and mac and cheese.
