Nice shiny scrambled eggs with a dash of Trinidad hot sauce, bacon and
muffins. The muffins were from the Laura Secord Cookbook Versatile Muffins recipe. The only change from the recipe was to grease the muffin tins with butter. By a stroke of luck, everything was timed perfectly. The muffins were done just as the bacon was almost done. I removed them from the muffin tin and put them in a basket while the pan for the eggs was heating up and then the beeper on the coffee maker let me know the coffee was done just as I was dishing up the eggs. |

Sounds good. Breakfast (5:30 am) was oatmeal and a glass of milk. Lunch was leftover steak sliced onto a salad, dressed with balsamic, soy sauce, and EVOO. Dinner will be chicken piccata and rice. Another salad; different dressing. Cindy Hamilton |
