Default Sunday brunch

Nice shiny scrambled eggs with a dash of Trinidad hot sauce, bacon and
muffins. The muffins were from the Laura Secord Cookbook Versatile
Muffins recipe. The only change from the recipe was to grease the muffin
tins with butter. By a stroke of luck, everything was timed perfectly.
The muffins were done just as the bacon was almost done. I removed them
from the muffin tin and put them in a basket while the pan for the eggs
was heating up and then the beeper on the coffee maker let me know the
coffee was done just as I was dishing up the eggs.

Sounds good.

Breakfast (5:30 am) was oatmeal and a glass of milk.

Lunch was leftover steak sliced onto a salad, dressed with balsamic,
soy sauce, and EVOO.

Dinner will be chicken piccata and rice. Another salad; different dressing.

Bought egg wrap rolls. No idea. Fried jimmy dean with garden sweet red peppers.
Drained, did 7 scrambeled eggs.
Brushed each wrap with egg, shredded cooper cheese inside with a handfull of sausage
and egg. Fried up in a one quarter inch of oil, 375 for 3 min ea side.
The wraps freeze well.
Toaster oven 350 for 20 min and rest.

I could eat that. Especially since you deep fried it.
