I'm starting to picture Cindy as a woman body builder with creepy giant muscles that enters body competitions. That *would* match her personality here. lol |

If I have something that's all carbs (especially sugar, like birthday cake at the office), I'm hungry again in about 45 minutes. Everybody's different. What works best for me is to have three square meals a day, each of which has some protein, carbohydrate, fiber, and fat. Cindy Hamilton |

My preferred serving of, say, chicken breast is half a breast, or less than four ounces before cooking. I don't desire to eat any more than that. If I go wild and have a half-pound burger at the bar for lunch, then for dinner I have nothing, a salad, or some green beans because that's all I feel like eating. Cindy Hamilton |
