Some people recommend using a tip to motivate the loading crew. You let
them know they start that they will get a tip if they work carefully.
But, in practice, there are problems with this notion. It's hard to
monitor the activities of every person in the crew. A lot of the action
is happening inside the truck, where you can't always see it. The stuff
may be unloaded and reloaded at intermediate stops, by a different crew.
The stuff may be unloaded at destination by a different crew. Etc., etc.
