Nearly every day I do a Sudoku puzzle in the papers. Directly across from the puzzle it says, "For help solving Sudoku puzzle please use the link below."

I have never used the link. Two reasons. I'm afraid if I learn a solving formula I never thought of myself the puzzles might become too easy and I'll have to pay extra money to buy rare expensive puzzles at a disgustingly rare price.

Reason two is the fear that comprehending their solving explanations might be more difficult than the puzzles themselves -ike trying to learn a board game by reading the instructions. Oh I can certainly understand Kuthe on this one.
