Default Update on stove

Spent over two hours trying to reach a person at Lowe's. People finally
answered but I was bounced from dept. to dept. Each dept. said it was
another dept.'s issue. Finally the appliance dept. said the delivery dept.
would call me in the morning. We'll see.

Good luck. I've found that small appliance stores give better service,
lower prices, and guidance on what to buy for a trouble free
experience. The sales people at Lowes know nothing about the
products, they only want to make a sale and don't care what you buy
because they are not who get involved with service. I would never buy
a stove at Lowes, the employees out on the floor can't tell you which
hammer to buy let alone a stove. Why do you think all those Sears
stores are closing... it's been 30 years since Sears offered service,
they contract out service.

I had to call back as I got no call. I got no call as no request was put in.
Guy said he'd put it through. But if it isn't the leveling legs, they'll
have to order me a new one that that could take 5-6 weeks.
