Default Venison Swiss Steak for dinner. :-)

The brown rich gravy style vs the tomato version. Thanks to my nephew
giving me the hind quarters of the 225lb buck that he got a week ago
on our trip to Maine. He's such a nice a boy! :-)

It was a great time and fabulous place for a very reasonable amount.
If anyone is interested, let me know. I did a review for a hunting
association that I can send if someone would like.

Pics of the place are at http://www.picturetrail.com/stevecalvin
then select the "Libby Camp - 2004" folder.

Who was the first person to say, "See that chicken there... I'm gonna
eat the next thing that comes outta it's ass?"
