The early on dumb precaution, and big cause of spread, was when airports were only scanning passengers for high temperatures. I was appalled when I saw them doing that on the news. What idiots. It's been common knowledge for years that you can be infected and be contagious for days before you get sick and develop a high temperature. I was really surprised that no "virus expert" spoke up immediately about that nonsense. |
