That looks great. Maybe Salade Nicoise-esque is in my future. "-esque" means
no potatoes or tuna. I usually wait for summer, but perhaps I could find
some decent-looking haricots vert.

I am really not much of a salad eater, but I once had Salad Nicoise for
lunch in a nice restaruant (no pun intended) and I really enjoyed it. If
I were to see it on another menu I would likely order it again. If it
weren't salad I might actually make it myself.
